Cost: $90 Deposit Per person
Total: $180 Per person
Fall Retreat brings people together for a weekend of connection and purpose—sharing meals, worshiping together, digging into scripture, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

Tentative Schedule
Arrive in town and settle in—Fall Retreat begins!
FRIDAY: WELCOME TO THE RETREAT!
🕖 7:00 PM – Check-In Opens
Drop your bags, snag your bunk, and meet the crew! (We’ll be here a while as groups arrive.)
🎉 8:30ish PM – Opening Celebration + Worship
Let’s kick things off together! (Depending on arrivals, we may start closer to 9:00 PM-flex those expectations!)
💬 10:00 PM – Church Group Time
Gather with your crew to unpack the night, laugh a little, and maybe snack a lot.
🌙 11:00 PM – Lights Out
(But no promises you’ll actually sleep yet.)
SATURDAY: THE BIG DAY
🥞 8:00 AM – Breakfast
Fuel up-there’s a big day ahead!
🎶 9:30 AM – Morning Worship
Music, messages, and moments to remember.
💭 10:30 AM – Church Group Time
Dive deeper into the theme and what it means for you.
🍽️ 12:30 PM – Lunch
🕶️ 1:00 PM – Free Time with Your Group
Play games, chill out, hike, nap, laugh ‘til your stomach hurts-your group, your choice.
🍔 6:00 PM – Dinner
🔥 7:00 PM – Evening Worship
Wind down with music and reflection as the stars come out.
🌌 8:15 PM – Church Group Time
Talk, reflect, and prepare your heart for what’s next.
🔥 9:30 PM – BONFIRE NIGHT!
Think s’mores, songs, stories, and a few surprise moments under the stars.

Time to recharge.
SUNDAY: SEND-OFF WITH PURPOSE

One last time to gather around the table.

A sacred and beautiful time to close out the weekend.

Over ten years ago, I joined my first network, CBF Youth Ministry Network, as a first-year minister. Now, I am still heavily involved in this network and have served on the board for 10 years.
2023 Mission Madness was AMAZING!
This past April, our youth group participated in CBFGA’s Mission Madness in Columbus. This was my first trip as a new youth director, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The weekend was a well-organized, entertaining, purposeful reflection on our role in the redemptive work of God.
