About Missy and Francis: In 2013, Missy Ward Angalla, CBF Field Personnel, founded Amani Sasa (“peace now” in Swahili), a ministry in Kampala, Uganda. Now led by Missy and her husband Francis, Amani Sasa is providing safety, nurturing wholeness and fueling empowerment among the most vulnerable refugee women, men & families. Through shelter, counseling and vocational training, transformation and healing are happening.
