Hosted by CBF partner congregation First Baptist Church of Huntsville, Alabama, this regional three-day, two-night event engages youth in worship, formation, learning, and fellowship across state lines, encouraging them to embrace a life of service and Christian commitment.

Regular Registration: September 1-September 30, 2023— $89 per participant
Late Registration: October 1-November 1, 2023—$99 per participant
**A deposit of $40 per participant will be required at the time of registration. All deposits are non-refundable but are partially transferable. We will allow deposit funds for up to 5 cancelations to be applied towards your final balance if those changes are made on or before November 1, 2023.

Each church group will need to make their own reservations with Embassy Suites, Huntsville. Our conference rate is $139 for a room that sleeps up to 6 people and includes a free breakfast. This hotel is also within walking distance of FBC Huntsville.

Your conference fee includes 3 meals and several snack opportunities throughout the weekend. Included meals are dinner Friday and Saturday. Saturday’s food truck lunch is also built into the conference fee this year. Students may want to bring cash, if they wish to purchase additional snacks or food from the trucks.
Each group is on its own for breakfast both mornings of the event. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites, your group will have a free breakfast provided there.
Lunch on Saturday will be served from Food Trucks at FBC Huntsville.

One or two adult representatives from your group may pick up your T-shirts, name tags and conference information starting at 5:30 p.m. Doors open for students at 6:30 p.m. Please use Entrance 7 to enter and leave the building during the weekend.
Our proclaimer for the weekend is the Reverend Ruth Perkins Lee. Ruth is an outstanding communicator who will bring both engaging and theologically grounded sermons for our students. Ruth currently works as a Program Director at the Princeton Theological Seminary. In addition to her current work with Young Adults at Princeton, She has years of experience in youth and college ministry, having served Auburn First Baptist Church in Auburn, AL before going to work at the CBF Global offices for 8 years.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Davy Flowers is a worship leader and songwriter who carries a passion to see people from all walks of life encounter Christ for themselves in authentic and transforming ways. Her heart’s desire is to write songs and lead worship in such a way that connects broken and weary hearts with the power, presence, and love of God. She is currently a Resident Artist and Songwriter at the Worship Initiative and is a Worship Leader at Watermark Community Church.
