Cost: $45 Deposit Per person

Macon Mission Madness brings people together for a weekend of connection and purpose—sharing meals, worshiping together, digging into scripture, serving our community, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
✨ Open to all CBFGA youth groups –register now and get ready for a weekend you’ll never forget.
Questions? You’ll hear from Rachel Greco with details about t-shirts and final numbers as we get closer to the event. But for now—sign up, tell your friends, and start packing your work clothes and closed toe shoes.
Tentative Schedule
Arrive in town and settle in—Mission Madness begins!
On your own:
Check in to your hotel as you arrive
7:00 p.m. – Registration Opens + Dinner at Vineville Baptist Church, Macon
Grab your name tag, eat up, and reconnect with friends (or make new ones!).
8:30 p.m. – 🙌 Welcome, Chaperone Meeting & Opening Worship
We’ll kick off the weekend together and set the tone for what’s ahead.
10:30 p.m. – Head back to the hotel
11:30 p.m. – 😴 Lights Out (Rest up—big day coming!)
☀️ Saturday: Serve, Learn & Celebrate
This is where Mission Madness really shines!
8:00 a.m. – Breakfast at the Hotel
Fuel up for a full day of mission and movement.
8:30 a.m. – Gather with Mission Groups at FBCX, Macon
Meet your crew and get ready to head out.
9:00 a.m. – 🛠️ Travel to Mission Sites
Time to serve, love, and make a difference in our community.
4:30 p.m. – Break & Clean Up at Hotels
Shower, chill, and change—it’s almost celebration time.
6:30 p.m. – Supper at Vineville Baptist Church, Macon
7:30 p.m. – 🎶 Worship at Vineville Baptist Church, Macon
Music, message, and meaningful moments together.
8:45 p.m. – 🎉 Break & Head to the Party
9:00 p.m. – 🕺 PARTY TIME!
Laugh, dance, and enjoy being together.
10:30 p.m. – Return to hotels
11:30 p.m. – 😴 Lights Out
🌅 Sunday: Worship & Send-Off
A meaningful close to a powerful weekend.
8:00 a.m. – 🍩 Breakfast at Hotel & Check-Out
8:30 a.m. – Closing Worship Service at Highland Hills Baptist Church
We’ll reflect, celebrate, and worship one last time together.
9:30 a.m. – Dismissal, Load Vans & Head Home

🌱 Community Gardens – getting our hands dirty so good things can grow (literally)
🔨 Rebuilding Macon – repairing homes and restoring dignity, one project at a time
📚 Brookdale Resource Center – supporting education, stability, and opportunity
🏠 Habitat for Humanity – helping build more than houses… building futures
❤️ Ronald McDonald House – serving families when they need comfort the most
🎨 Chalk the City – spreading joy and encouragement through colorful messages in public spaces
🧹 Neighborhood Clean-Up with Keep Macon Bibb Beautiful – loving our city by caring for the spaces we all share
