State Mission Offering

During the fall of each year, we emphasize the CBF/GA State Mission Offering.

Your gift to the 2020/21 CBF/GA State Mission Offering supports two specific areas of ministry in our state and world.

For a second year, part of the offering will be used to support Congregational Ministry Grants. These are matching grants from $1000 to $2000, used to support a new ministry or missional endeavor.

The four categories under which projects should fall to be eligible are:

  • Community Partnerships
  • Interfaith Initiatives
  • Local Mission Engagement
  • Young Leadership Development

IF THERE IS AMONG YOU ANYONE IN NEED, … DO NOT BE HARD-HEARTED OR TIGHT-FISTED TOWARD YOUR NEEDY NEIGHBOR. YOU SHOULD RATHER OPEN YOUR HAND, WILLINGLY LENDING ENOUGH TO MEET THE NEED, WHATEVER IT MAY BE.
