Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with CBFGA’s mission and vision, ensuring sustainable growth and impact.
Community Support
Provide resources and encouragement to churches, pastors, and laity, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Operational Oversight
Manage the financial and administrative functions of CBFGA, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all areas.
Essential Qualifications
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must possess a seminary degree, demonstrating a solid theological foundation and understanding of ministry. Significant experience in ministry leadership is essential, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire diverse congregational settings. Strong communication skills are imperative, enabling effective interaction with churches, pastors, and laity across Georgia. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering relationships and providing strategic direction to support the mission of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Georgia.

Additional Qualifications
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in nonprofit management will find themselves well-prepared to handle the administrative and financial responsibilities of the role.
