The Executive Coordinator role is pivotal within the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Georgia, serving as the cornerstone of our mission to support and nurture churches statewide. This position requires a dynamic leader who can seamlessly integrate financial oversight, administrative excellence, and missional guidance, ensuring our congregations thrive in their spiritual journeys. The Executive Coordinator will be instrumental in crafting strategies that align with our values and vision, making a lasting impact on the Baptist community in Georgia.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with CBFGA’s mission and vision, ensuring sustainable growth and impact.
Provide resources and encouragement to churches, pastors, and laity, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Manage the financial and administrative functions of CBFGA, ensuring efficient and effective operations across all areas.
Applicants must possess a seminary degree, demonstrating a solid theological foundation and understanding of ministry. Significant experience in ministry leadership is essential, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire diverse congregational settings. Strong communication skills are imperative, enabling effective interaction with churches, pastors, and laity across Georgia. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering relationships and providing strategic direction to support the mission of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Georgia.
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in nonprofit management will find themselves well-prepared to handle the administrative and financial responsibilities of the role. Additionally, proficiency in preaching and public speaking will be highly regarded, as these skills are vital for engaging with congregations and representing CBFGA at various events. These additional qualifications will enhance the candidate’s ability to lead effectively and make a significant impact within our community.
