Lane\, Entertainment\n\n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n[/one-half] \n[hr] \n  \nThe good folks at First Baptist\, Griffin\, are looking forward to hosting senior adults from across Georgia at the Senior Celebration on Tuesday\, October 24. It will be a wonderful time of worship\, fellowship\, re-connecting with old friends\, and meeting new ones. You will enjoy worship with Marty Watts and Edward Bolen. Our fellowship meal will be superb\, and L.C. Lane will provide wonderful\, heart-warming entertainment. We hope to see you in Griffin soon. \n-Bill Hardee\, Senior Pastor\, FBC Griffin \n  \nSpeaker: Edward Bolen joined Milledge Avenue Baptist as Senior Pastor in March 1997. His vision for ministry is to help people deepen their relationship with Christ\, to equip people for their unique calling and to enjoy life. His joy is to serve beyond the walls of the church with his community of faith\, building authentic relationships through novel ministries. He is active with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship\, the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Athens and the Athens Area Habitat for Humanity. A native of Valdosta\, Edward holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University\, a Masters of Divinity from Golden Gate Seminary and a Ph.D. in New Testament literature from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville\, Kentucky. Edward is married to Susan Hare Bolen\, and they have two young adult children. \nEntertainment: L.C.Lane\, concert artist and former minister of music from Newnan\, will provide entertainment during the luncheon.
