The Nominating Committee will start work soon on filling vacancies on the council. This will include approximately eight new council members plus the moderator elect. If you have names to suggest, send them to spowell@cbfga.org or fill out this form. Please send us names of individuals who are willing and able to serve. We try to keep a balance between lay and clergy, male and female. We also try to have geographical representation from across the state. The Nominating Committee will meet in September to begin considering names. A report will be given to the Coordinating Council in January and the final vote will be taken at the General Assembly on March 13-14, 2009. | | read more... |
